In May 2017, Pepson’s sales team visited India for a period of 20 days to explore and develop potential markets as well as deepening relationship with our existing clients. Over this time, the sales team covered a number of cities including New Delhi, Rajkot，Morbi, Ahmadabad (the capital of Gujarat) and Mumbai. All of them enriched the team members with their unique culture and bring about a more in-depth understanding of the Indian society as well as their economic environment.
The most valuable and rewarding experience of all during this trip is the visits we paid to over 40 customers that have practically become our friends. We were warmly welcomed at their offices and were given tours around their warehouses and production lines, where Pepson products played many crucial roles in various manufacture processes.
Face-to-face conversations with our clients were truly beneficial.Not only did we gather useful information on their specific needs and requirements, more importantly we were able to directly listen to their comments and advice on our products and services, which are truly essential for our improvements and growth. Based on these, our sales team obtained a clearer blueprint for Pepson’s business development in India.
