Our TPU V-type conveyor belts (also known as V-belts) are flexure resistant, abrasion resistant, and can be eaily welded. They can work under low temperature without snapping. Our PU Patterned V-belt is manufactured using 100% high-purity thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), ensuring exceptional durability and performance. Engineered with precise parameters, it delivers smooth and stable power transmission across a wide range of industrial applications. The belt is easy to join using thermal fusion, making installation and maintenance efficient and hassle-free. Its high flexibility eliminates the need for additional tensioning devices, while its extreme wear resistance ensures long-lasting reliability even under heavy loads.
Designed to withstand harsh environments, the belt offers excellent resistance to oils, greases, and volatile substances, and operates reliably within a temperature range of -35°C to 80°C. A firmly bonded PVC patterned layer enhances grip and stability, making it ideal for transporting fragile items on inclines or declines, or in slippery conditions where traction is critical. We offer belts in standard specifications A, B, C, D, and Z—please refer to the product specification table for detailed information. We can add rubber or PVC grips to the belts.
