Product Description
Polyurethane Smooth Round Belt details
Our polyurethane smooth round belt is crafted from 100% pure thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) using a proprietary prepolymer formulation, which offers superior strength, flexibility, and wear resistance. Designed for easy welding and seamless joining, this polyurethane smooth round belt performs reliably across a wide temperature range of -40℃ to 80℃.
With a Shore A hardness of ±85A, it delivers excellent abrasion resistance, high tensile strength, and consistent elasticity under moderate to high loads. Reinforcement options for 8mm diameters and higher include polyester or steel cords for added durability. Resistant to oil, grease, and tearing, this orange belt is ideal for demanding industrial environments.
Widely used in textile, packaging, printing, electronics, glass, chemical, and ceramic industries, it ensures long-lasting performance and efficient power transmission.
