The challenge

  1. A variety of specifications: Our client produces drone seal gaskets in four different sizes. Each size must meet the precise requirements of different drone components, demanding high flexibility and accuracy in production processes.

We must not only have sufficient production capacity but also deliver products within the specified timeframe to ensure the smooth operation of the drone production chain.

Our solution

Firstly, we adopted precise weighing and batching technology to ensure consistency in raw material usage for each batch of products. This effectively reduced quality fluctuations in the seal gaskets.

Secondly, we conducted a series of internal experiments on products produced by different equipment. After multiple rounds of screening, we finalized the equipment that best suited production needs. Stable centrifuges ensured uniform material distribution and molding quality, providing critical assurance for product stability.

Lastly, we selected suitable materials and formulations that underwent rigorous testing. The end product had excellent elasticity, wear resistance, and weather resistance, meeting the complex environmental demands of drones.

Results
